Claudia Hummel (born in 1970) studied art education and conceptual art at the 'Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste' (State Academy of fine arts) in Stuttgart. Different long lasting scholarships brought her among others to Moscow and repeatedly to Paris. Depending on the project, she works as an artist and as an art agent. Main emphases of her work are topics of daily life research. She worked within the art production association 'finger' on a contest project with the topic societal configuration and analysed collections of everyday culture in Paris. Exhibitions and projects within Germany and in other countries.

For the THEATER AN DER PARKAUE Claudia Hummel curated the 10 artists, who supervised the laboratories of the WINTER ACADEMY 2 and she designed the DVD-documentation of the project.
