The WINTER ACADEMY is established now as an important part of the theatre’s programme. To finance and to organize this academy week is every time a new challenge and it means a big effort. But we like this challenge and we are ready to manage all efforts with a good feeling towards the project-idea. In the preparations of the academy week a small team of a few people is constantly involved for more than one year. This team we want to introduce to you on this site, but please not, that the curator changes every year.
