What
was your best moment this week?
Let's see…it's not easy to pick out a best
moment out of these rich seven days… the evenings with the Hungarians have
always been something special and the party has been a great ending to the
week. I think maybe the viewpoint session with the laboratory has really been
the most impressive moment. The interplay, the interest, the respect for one
another and the openness were really great.
Is
there something you didn't like at the WINTER ACADEMY
or that you even disliked?
What on earth should I have disliked,
except that the WINTER
ACADEMY was over
eventually? Something I can think of is maybe the stress. We have been very
busy the whole time; there was nothing except the theatre. Actually it was nice
this way. It's just that I had to prepare for my exams during this week as
well…but I passed them anyway.
What
does 'ordinary is different' mean to you after the WINTER ACADEMY?
Has your perception changed with regard to the topic or in other points due to
the laboratory work?
I knew before that 'normality' is something
constructed by society, but when working in the laboratory I noticed again how
easily you can throw people a curve. They still try to appear 'normal',
unaffected, used to this and inconspicuous. Besides, the viewpoint sessions
have been very helpful to recognize your surroundings, the movements and all
the details of a single moment in a better way. I would very much like to look
at this in more detail.
I'm very glad that I was able to participate in the WINTER ACADEMY and I would do it again any time. Thank you for everything.
