What was your best moment this week?
There have been a
lot of wonderful moments during that week, but as the best moment I
regard the final presentation. Because there, everything we had been
working on for one week came together and, on the one hand, we had the
opportunity to show to the others what we accomplished and, on the
other hand, we had the chance to see the presentations of the other
groups.
Is there something you didn't like at the WINTER ACADEMY or that you even disliked?
If
I count everything together I liked everything very much. There were
some minor things that should maybe be considered next time. For
example, the theatre play we got to see after the laboratory work was
in German and the Hungarians, who actually went there, didn't
understand the play. For me this was a pity, especially because I found
the play was very beautiful.
What does 'ordinary is different' mean to you after the WINTER
ACADEMY? Has your perception changed with regard to the topic or in
other points due to the laboratory work?
I really can say that
something has changed. Because of the laboratory work I was able to
see, in how many ways you can look at such a topic. I didn't think of
many of the topics before. Also I can say that my own laboratory work
made it possible for me to look at the issue much closer than before
and when we walked through the streets with our cameras I noticed
things that never attracted my attention before, and that I never
thought of.
Is their something you learned or experienced because of the laboratory?
Because
we worked in public places, we first had to learn everything, how to
perceive everything around us, how to decide, how long a performance
can last or should last and many other things we had to think of. These
exercises taught me a lot and helped me to become more self confident
and more conscious in public places.
